Mini Fest Part of the Locavore Banquet - another great event bringing food, music and community together in one place!  Discussion "Salons" - small group intimate meetings where invitees could learn about Transition Cheltenham and about the challenges that face our community   and where they could share their passions and ideas Community Visionary Awards : Recognizing leaders that are shaping the character of our  community. Outreach creation of website /email lists / media contact /calendar, etc What's  in our plans : Continue Discussions community wide wherever possible - with other groups in homes or  in  "Salons". Gather the Local Genius - foster every opportunity to engage all the Cheltenham  groups in unison Awards - plan to honor those who are making a difference in our community Continuing Outreach - list and implement ways to join all the groups in events  and activities that reach out to the community.
